Different installation number sent from satellite system

Hi there, I have a strange one. When I create a Support Desk Message in the satellite system, the message is correctly created in Solman Service Desk, but the installation number sent is different than the installation number displayed in SLICENSE (for sat. system). This totally stuffs up my iBase & Partner determination. Any ideas as to why the installation number is being sent wrongly?

We had the same issue- check your entry in table BCOS_CUST using SM30 in the Satellite system with the problem.

check your Installation Number and other details, in <b>SMSY, Message Source, Data Source</b>.

Hope this solves your problem.
