Credit Memo Issue

Dear All,

I did a Credit Memo just now from SD Module (VF01). When I clicked save, it said the document did not post to FI, because the foreign trade data incomplete. Before I issue the Credit Memo, I have problem with ZPR1. It became yellow color which inactive. I dont understand why because when I did the SO, it was okay. green color.

Please check the transaction VTFL your item category for foreign trade data is activated.

In VF02, give the credit memo and click on the green flag, what error do you get? paste the error no. and description.

Hi Nurul,

Go to SPRO  - Enterprise structure - Definition - Logistics Execution; check the country for your shipping point, which is coming in sales document type.

Also, Check address in customer master data of associated ship-to-party.

Check in the preceding document from which you were trying to generate a credit memo what is missing via incompletion log.  You need to update the missing data in the preceding document.
