What is right version to Content version SAP_CR 2.0 in SLD

Dear,

I tried to import the latest version of CIM and CR into SLD.

Yet, it doesn't work.

Model Version: 1.6.37

SAP CR Content Version (sld/new): SAP_CR 2.0

Namespace     Model Version

sld/active          1.6.21

sld/new             1.6.37

I created a new namespace, sld/new.

I've read note 669669 carefully and I did everything the note said.

I also downloaded the latest version of CIM and CR from Service Market Place and tried to import them.

Yet, I failed.

Could anyone please help me to fix this issue?

Hello,

Are you importing all CIM and CR patches in sequential way? If not, please import all packages in sequential way as these patches are not cumulative.

If you are still facing issues, request you to please share error details/logs.

I did import all CIM.

There are at least 10 zip files in CRDelta...zip files.

I need to import all of them, don't I?

Yet, even I start with first one, it still doesn't work.

Where do I find error details/logs?

The error message is:

The version SAP_CR x.x of the selected incremental import does not fit to the current content version SAP_CR 7.6 pf the target namespace.

Hello,

You current CR model version is 7.6. So, you first need to import CIM delta SAP CR CONTENT UP TO 2011 and subsequently all latest CR content available on SMP in sequential manner.

Same has been mentioned in SAP note 669669 under heading:

Depending on the initial version of your SAP CR Content, you may have to import several CRDelta upgrades. The following list contains the required updates.

What is the reason for creating new namespace sld/new?

To update the SLD you need to import first the latest available CIM model 1.6.37 to

SLD/active then as per note 669669

follow the section "Upgrade from Version 2.0 to Version 3.0"

to start importing the CR delta files in order to the SLD/active namespace:
