JAVA EE 5 Application into SAP ECC 6.0 System

Dear all,

I am new in this field of Java Programming therefor is my question:

I developed, deployed and runing an Java EE 5 Application with SAP NWDS. Now how can I use this Application in SAP ECC 6.0?

With other words:

when the Application is finished (developed, deployed and runing) so it should be possible to use it over SAP ECC 6.0.

Any Transaction code should created? Any transport should be done to the SAP system/Portale... etc?
