Print issue after unicode conversion

Hello Experts

We have executed CU & UC from 4.6C to ECC6 EHP5 system.

in UAT, We have an issue when we print delivery

- if we print NH plant delivery (output type ZD01) on ISIH printer : Print is OK

- if we print Issoire plant delivery (output type ZD01) on ISIH printer : Print is not OK (1 page for print characters, 1 page for frames/lines)

Printer details,

model - Xerox WorkCentre 7835

I tried device types for this printer : XRW001P, XRW002, XRW002U

but no luck

Can someone please help on this ?

Clues :

- "invoice" and "sales order aknowledgement" are printed OK on this printer

- this delivery was printed OK with 4.6C

- when we look at document preview (in sp01), looks OK

I think this is not a Unicode issue.

Did you check SAP note 724912 regarding this problem ?
