ITS – configuration error.

Dear All,

I`d like to run SAP Internet Transaction Server (ITS) on SAP ERP ECC 6.06 (IDES – Oracle/Linux) and all the time I see error - Service Cannot Be Accessed !

I configured all services, profile parameters and of course published services via transaction - SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL. But if I try test services via transaction SICF I see error - Service Cannot Be Accessed !

Access via www also not working.

As ICM HOST I configured IP address – 192.xxx.xxx.xxx, because this server is not connected to Active Directory, maybe there is a problem?

Hi Tomasz,

Please check whether http port is maintained correctly in smicm transaction.

Also check relevant icm parameters are maintained.

icm/server_port_<xx>

icm/host_name_full

Hi,

As HTTP port I setup 8001 port, and when try to connect via WWW I use these port number.

In Instance profile I added parameters:

icm/host_name_full 192.xxx.xxx.xxx (IP address not server name – because it`s Linux server, not connected to AD Controller)

icm/server_port_2 PROT=HTTPS,PORT=443,TIMEOUT=900

icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=8001,TIMEOUT=900

Any ideas ?

Transaction - SICF_SESSIONS, activate services and all working

1555208 - ICF services become inactive after upgrade or SP update
