reversal of reported event

Dear All,

                I have a scenario where i am creating an EH on save of HU. There are list of milestones for the EH.

                One of the event in EH is reported on PGI . I have a requirement where i want to change the status of the event from green to yellow when there is a reversal of PGI i.e. i want to change the reported event to not reported.

                 Is there any way to achieve the same ?

Hi Shubh,

in addition to Daniel's suggestion you can first set the activity EE_RESET and than activity QUIT_EVM_PROCESSING. I guess you are using an unexpected Event Message for the reversal of PGI.

With the QUIT_EVM_PROCESSING activity you have the effect that the message itself is not visible. Just in case you don't want to display this Event to any users.
