Hello forum,

got a question - does enybody knows how the read the loggings in a short way

over the tables or function call?...

see example jpg.

need the Type and the Error Message...

any ideas...

Hello thanks to you no i dont what the message no .

I want to read from my own programm the result of the preference processing...

for that i need the tables...

special where i can read  in a table the errror code and i need the message text....

any ideas?

Messages are found in table T100 - is that what you mean?

have you ever used the transaction DISPLAY Preference Determination LOG?

Program /SAPSLL/PRE_CALCULATE_LOG...

there you can find a log... (see my first post with screenshot)

i want to read this protocol...

does anyone have the tables for that...?

please dont reply with the answer use se11 /SAPSLL/*

i have also try it with ST05 (tracing)  but i very confused to find the correct tables...

i only what from the log the type... and the full message shown in Message Text see ALV Grid - screenshot

Hi Berti,

No, of course I would not give such a bad reply.

I'm not sure, but my guess is that you can use Transaction SLG1.  The Object should be /SAPSLL/PREF, and the SubObject probably /SAPSLL/PREFCALC.  You should restrict by date.

Please try it, and let me know if I am right.

Hello,

Logs are commonly stored in table BALHDR (+ a couple of other related tables, all of them starting with BAL*).

Using the object and subobject given by Dave, you should be to find the data you are looking for in that (those) table(s).

I am sure there are out there FMs that can read the whole log instead of going through table BALHDR.

Hi Berti,

That error is class /SAPSLL/PRE, number 013.  The message is issued when the system cannot find a Rule for the Legal Regulation / Rule Set combination.
