SAP AFS Installation

Dear All,

We are planning to install the SAP AFS. When i go through the couple of documents in SCN and in SMP i could find this can be done in two ways. One as the add on in the Existing system i.e above EHP5 and i could also find as the IDES installation of SAP AFS.

Also, Could you also please clarify whether the AFS is a Part of IS.

SAP Apparel and Footwear solutions is part of IS-Retail and can be implemented as part of RDS.



SAP AFS is Apparel and Footwear solutions. While a relatively niche area, the anonymous SAP blogger provides interesting glimpses into key industry developments with a distinctly Asian flavour. - Please check the below blog
