Custom Status for incident in the solman_workcenter

Hi,

We have created a custom status for the incident management, but when we go  to the Incident management overview we are not seeing this status in the "Reported By Me" , "For Processing by Me", "Processing by my team". Any additional configurations need to be done to get this?

Hi,

There are multiple ways.

1. Try via authorisation objects like  SM_WC_VIEW - SAP Solution Manager - Security and Authorizations - SCN Wiki

if you not sure which auth object is missing,  you can use role SAP_SMWORK_BASIC and look the auth object inside and the with the business roles


2. or try with overview -> personalize where you are not restricted to view anything

Thanks for the quick response.

I am trying to get the custom defined status in the below screen, not in the crm_ui

I checked the authorization, all the mentioned auhtorizations are already in place.

In the personalize option, i am only getting the below options.
