Accessing supplier catalog site is creating an error anytime access after the initial access

When we first access the supplier catalog we do not have any problems however when we want to go into the catalog later in the day we receive the following error:

_ERR_PROCUREMENT_INVALID_SUPPLIER_COOKIE

If we clear our cookies then the error goes away but we dont want to have to tell our users to clear their cookies all the time. Is there a setting in SAP we can change so it doesnt attemp to use the same URL but gets a new one?

This is not an SAP error, the error is raised by the IBM Websphere
