Create Permission only Risk/Rules

Hello,

I have been searching SAP Service Marketplace and the Community Network for tips on how to manually create permission only

Risks/Rules for GRC AC 10.0.  I have looked at SAP notes 1225227 and 1223759. Note 1225227 says it specifically does not

apply to GRC AC 10. I want to create a function as follows:

ZX99  ^!S_DEVELOP S_DEVELOP ACTVT 01 02 or Active

Action Tab

1.  I add my system connector to the logistic box.

2.  In the Action column, can I type in ^!S_DEVELOP, or do I need to search for an action.

Permission Tab:

1. Can I manually type in all the values I need on the permission tab, or does the system require a search?

Is there an SAP note for GRC AC 10.0 that describes how to manually create these rules.

Hi Donna

An action is a transaction code is SAP - so you won't be searching for S_DEVELOP. You will need to key this in.

There is the following discussion where we provided reference to SAP Note 1744355 - Permission rules without actions - not sure if you came across this SCN discussion in your search.

With something like this - have a go at creating, generating and then executing risk analysis on it - it's a great way to learn and confirm your theories!
