Track Customer Master Changes with Account Group

Hi Experts,

How do I track the customer master changes for a particular account group.

The existing tables like CDHDR/CDPOS dose not show accout groups as a field in neither selection screen or in the result screen.

Please advice how to filter account group wise changes.

Hi Saravana,

The two possible ways of checking the changes to customer master is either by selecting a particular customer record and viewing the changes through XD03/VD03 transaction or by using the Tcode OV51 to display changes for multiple customers.

One possibile solution for your requirement is to use the number range value assigned for the different account groups as a selection criteria in the transaction OV51 to restrict the changes to be displayed only for that account group.

The path to see the number range value assigned to the different account groups is SPRO --> Financial Accounting (New) --> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable --> Customer Accounts --> Master Data --> Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data --> Assign Number Ranges to Customer Account Groups
