Inactive status for messages in expert mode

Hello Sap Solution Manager Experts,

When viewing a ticket in expert mode on Sap solution manager, there are inactive system status. Can you guide me of the steps to follow to solve this anomaly?

HI Yovish

As the screenshots are not in english so I can't understand the issue here.

But kindly upgrade to solution manager 7.1 as 7.0 it out of maintenance support so not sure that even if you raise oss will get any help.
