Can i created service invoice with ref service order it is possible.

Can any one explain Isutilities and sales and distribution

As per SD, you can definately create a service order with reference to an service order. You require to ensure that the same is configured in Transaction Code VTAA for copy control from sales order to sales order. If you are using 'Z' Sales order type, with reference to order type OR to order type OR, copy the copy control settings.
