We are having the same issue after an upgrade to PeopleTools 8.53. I see this has not been answered.

Have you found a solution?

I submitted a ticket to SAP.

Hi Susan

You may want to contact PeopleSoft Corporation and ask them if CR works with their PeopleTools(?).

Also, please see the following:

PeopleSoft ODBC Driver, DSN for Crystal Reports Development for PeopleSoft 9.1

Even though that is not the version of PeopleSoft you are using, this makes me think that contacting them may be the correct step to do(?).

Thank you for your reply, Ludek. Users have always been able to create reports against PS Query using the PeopleTools driver.

Hi

We finally fix the error by copying the file PSORA32.dll in the crystal location

C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

or the location you have the local crystal installation.

That fix the problem for us. Hopefully fix yours.

Thanks

Liz

Liz, copying the PSORA32.dll file did work to eliminate the first error (thanks!), but now the user is getting:

Invalid access and password for sign-on. See your security administrator.

This is the 2-tier login.

Did you run into this?

We figured it out.... The PT password was changed prior to the PT upgrade and a config file had to be run by the users in Virtual Workspace.
