Hi

It failed during the activate of the database step before creating the physical database files, review the following files to see if there are any permission errors or memory allocation errors. If there are memory errors check the 2 OSS Notes or reduce the cache/heap settings and try again.

There is no option to 'close' a thread, the usual procedure is:

  1. If you open a new thread, it starts in state 'not answered' (displayed by a blue bubble with a '?' in the list view).
  2. Once you mark an answer as 'correct answer', the status changes to green in the list view indicating that this question has been fully answered. However, the thread remains open meaning that other users and of course you can still add comments and questions later.

Should you really wish to have a thread closed, deleted or moved, then you will need to ask a moderator to do so as this requires special permissions.

In case you want me to lock this, just let me know...
