Hi All,
1)If we are using Multiple Relay Servers for Production should we Configure only one Relay Server
in Scc (or) Multiple Relay Servers needs to be configured.????
2)Is there any Document Provided in infocenter ??
Thanks in advance
Regards
Ajay
1) you need to configure each production server with one or more Outbound Enabler (OE) to each relay server, so yes you need to configure all the relay servers in SCC.
2) Please look at the information on this page it should answer your question:

Hi Kristian ,
thanks for ur Replay.
1) We Worked on this. There is no need to Configure all the Relay
Server in Scc .We Can Configure any one Relay Server and Generate the Rs.config
file and Paste the Relay Server peers of the Other Relay Server in the Config file Which you are using. And Paste it in the Relay Servers. It will Work.

Ajay
Please note that if you are connecting directly to only one relay server and the relay server happens to be down while you are starting your Outbound Enabler your SUP server will not be able to connect to the other servers in the farm as the list of other relay servers in the farm are sent from the first one it connects to.
This is how I have understood it, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Hey ,We Will Not Connect Directly to Relay Server.
In Production:(For more than one relay server)
-----------------------------------------------------------
1)First We Will Connect to Apache Server First.
2)In Which Load Balancing is Installed for two Relay Servers
3)The Request from Apache Server will direct you to any one of Relay Server
(If One Relay Server is not Working also it will be fine. The Request will direct to other Relay Server)
4)From Relay Server the Request Comes to SMP Server.
5)Note:-The Farm id of both Relay Servers must be same MBS,RBS
I hope this Could help you
Regards
Ajay
