Technical Monitoring - Generate Reports

Hi experts,

we are using technical monitorin on solman 7.1.

Is there functionaliy, to create e.g. weekly or monthly a report, which includes data based on technical monitoring.

We also use early watch reporting, but this seems to be overloaded for us.

And data from activated metrics of technical monitoring would be very interesting for us.

So is there a kind of a report (pdf, word, ...) which shows performanc and availability.

Maybe also compared with one week before?

Or do we have to analyze this data online with dashboards and BW?

Kind regards

Hi,

As per my view, only list of below are the automated reports sent via mail by SAP part of standard.

Rest all I suppose we need to create our own or use BW / Dashboards.

But for your case, I could suggest look for IT performance reporting , that might suitable for you

IT performance reporting also bw based, you can send to mail as a snapshot format

Thanks

Jansi

Hello Jansi,

looks good, I will try it.

However, some pics are missing in the procedure, maybe you can check them?

Thank you

Hello Jansi,

now I found it, how to create the mail.

But is there also a possibility, to create one job/mail for more reports?

And how can I schedule a job?
I always get an error, on saving the technical name, regarding name-space "/BIC/".

However, in SE03 I've already maintained /BIC/ as changeable.

Kind regards

Hi,

You can have a look to the Interactive Reporting of system monitoring. As per as i know you cannot schedule the reports but is quite easy to get a montly report.
