SAp Guys are not able to connect after saprouter renewal

Hi Team,

Two days back we have renewied the saprouter , Everything seems to be run ok but the problem is sap guys are not able connect ...Oss connection is also working ...when we check the niping status is as below ...Please suggest where can be a problem,

Hi Rableen,

Check in the System Data and in the SAProuter if the Hostname is and IP adresses are same and confirm with the SAP if they are seeing that Hostname

Hello Rableen,

Have you activated the new saprouttab with command 'saprouter -n'?

Have you check the following note?

1178631 - No service connection: "connection to partner broken"

Hi Eduardo,

Thanks for the Responce , I have restarted the router also 3 to 4 times then new saprouttab should be work with that ....And OSS connection and everything is working , But From SAP they are not able to connect ,,And niping  for the first command also is not working as mentioned above..
