Transaction SARA - Step delete run

Hello Sap Solution Manager Experts,

My requirement is to archive messages (tickets) on Sap Solution Manager 7.1

But, i am stuck in the delete run step (Report CRM_ARC_SERORD_DELETE).

Can i get a clear explanation why the delete list is empty and the steps to follow to solve this issue in view of proceeding with the archiving of message?

Hi,

Seems you are following wrong,

SM 7.1, archive service desk message  please follow the procedure 1758090 - Archiving Solution Manager Incidents

and also the sap note 1771948 - Variant wrong for delete report CRM_ARC_SRQM_INCIDENT_DELETE
