Only 0 EA of Material Available for return stock

Dear all ,

i am getting this error Only 0 EA of Material Available for return stock .

i am taking a return from my cusotmer  the material has been extened to plant and storage location .

but i am confused why i am getttin this error for taking return. there is no stock in the plant now. but does that cause any problem while taking return.

the return stock is coming in 651 movement type .

Is this special stock ?

can you check in Item category (VOV7) any special stock indicator available?

The item cataorgy is given as special stock E is that the reason why this is happening ?

Before doing return ,have you sold ,Sales Order Stock ( Special stock E ) to customer ?
