WBS not showing the right format

User has deleted WBS by mistake, since it was not allowing to recreate the WBS as they have booked hours in CATS..now they recreated WBS, it gives the different format of wbs say ...<<<PR00126906>>>,,seems its the object number of the previous deleted wbs.....how to get back the WBS there.is it possible?

Hi Ritu,

Please elaborate more your query like how you are recreating the WBS element.Also check if your WBS is matching with your Project coding mask.

Hello everyone,

found the solution...found a note   623693 - CAT2: Cancellation w/ deleted logistics objects and this would help us delete the line item from CAT2.

Hi Ritu,

please check the project code masking and try to create the wbs again before that check table prps filed  LOEVM if it has X or not sytem will check object no if you try to create same wbs it will through the dump because it's duplicate entry.

Not sure whether this answers your query.

This can be a SAP bug or missing conversation exit (which converts internal number to display name)

Raise to SAP or check for notes.
