You can have any no of source systems to connect to XI.No need to add any thing in the module tab.

If you want to test your interface through HTTP adapter ie You want to send the data from HTTP adapter,You can test with http test client tool.Copy the code and save it as .html file.Now open the client http test tool and give the parameters like XI server name .port name,service.........and test it through send button.
