Lumira crashes after upgrade to SP15

Hi guys,

After upgrading to SP15 I can't launch Lumira.

I try to, but it crashes.

I tried following to KBs: 1782007 and 1963482. But no luck.

Tried going back to SP14. No luck.

Tried going back to SP13. That went fine. Upgraded then and Lumira started crashing again.

This is the log I get.

Quite possibly a good old  uninstall/reinstall (with a directory cleanup in between) could resolve this.

Pls. try deleting the following directories, followed by a reinstall

  • Install Path:    C:\Program Files\SAP Lumira
  • License Key:     C:\Users\Public\sapvi
  • User Preferences:     C:\Users\<user>\.sapvi
  • DB location:     C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\SAP\SAP Lumira
  • Navteq Geo temp folder:    C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\sapvi

Thanks for your answer. I had deleted the folders I could locate, but not all of them obviously. With your list (although I couldn't find one of them) everything went back to normal.

thanks Henry, spot on!!, just upgraded to 1.30, this trick still resolve the issue
