VL10B with errors VL 316, VL 026 and VL 414

Dear Experts,

I need your comments or suggestions on the following issue:

In StO PO  delivery with VL10B the Below errors are coming and the PO Shipping data with the Sales area and Shipping point data.

Even All the Settings of Shipping data for plants, Customer and vendor determination all are correct but system giving these error messages.

1. VL 026 : Shipping for sales org.  dist. chan.  from plant is not possible

2. VL 316:  Sales area  is not defined

3. VL 414 : Delivery from plant  for material  is not possible.

1.The Supplying plant is assigned to receving sales area.

2. Shipping data maintained, In fact shipping data is determined in PO--> Shiipping tab.

3. Inter company STO  settings are verified once again but the Error is intact.

Hi, colleagues.

We fixed it by adding missing entry for the supplier-plant.

SPRO

  -> Enterprise structure

    -> Assignment

      -> Sales and distribution

        -> Assign sales organization - distribution channel - plant

VL316 error is issued if the combination of sales org, distribution channel and division is not available in table TVTA.

you should actually have the values as variables in your error message.

Then go to SM30, enter TVTA and click customizing, SAP will give you all IMG activities that deal with this table.

But, regarding this issue I need to change the control copy routine, transaction VTLA to "NL" and requeriment routine "301".

because in our system delivery type "Z..." has related salesdoctype "DL" and copy routine 201.

This copy routine is not designed to copy the sales organization over to LIKP.

We need to change the copy routine suitable in our business process.

Delivery type "Z..." and salesdoctype "NL" and copy routine "301".
