Delete an attachment in incident in solman_workcenter

Hi all,

we have configured Iincident management in solution manager.

during testing of the functionality, we found that deleting an attachment in solman_workcenter is not available.

I have tried to get the authorization object but was not successful.

Can anyone kindly guide on this to have the delete option for the attachement in solman_workcenter by the requester.

Hi..

Have a look at below blog

You can try  setting  an authorization trace in ST01  and just redo that action and see if it is missing some access.

Hi Jagadish,

we have added the roles to the test users copying the standard roles.

but i could not find an option in solman_workcenter. in ITSM the option to delete is there.

i need for solman_workcenter.
