RFx - PO creation Error

Hi,

Could any one help on  below issue please.

We are with SRM 702, Classic Scenario.

In RFx process, when a user tries to create a purchase order for an accepted RFx response getting following error messages.

First error message : "Number range 01 does not exist".

Second error message after clicking OK : “Transaction type BID must not be used for object type BUS2201”.

Appreciate your inputs on this.

Hi Andy,

Both the errors are related to number range.

For the second error check under below path.

SPRO->SRM server->Cross applcn basic setting->Define transaction type.

select Object type BUS2201 and click on transaction type, remove BID from it and maintain the number range for Trans type ECPO.
