Incorrect text with accents to climb to BPC via CSV file ?

Hello, when uploading a CSV file to BPC server problems if left with accents exist in the description, someone has knowledge of how to fix this? We are in the BPC10 SP11 on the server and client we are in SP15.

** Problem was fixed usin Notepad++ and convert to UTF-8 1734652 - Problems with Russian language after uploading flat files to server See Also: To convert your file to UTF-8 in notepad++ you should open your file in the software, choose menu Encoding->Convert to UTF-8 and save as it to a new file. Then upload the converted file to BPC NW again, and the result should be correct.
