Q-Info record Option missing

Hello Gurus,

I'm referring this to two different ERP systems.

Quality info record option was available in one and does not appear in other.

Can anybody through light on this issue ?

Hi,

Are they for the same material-plant-vendor combination?

This behavior is generally seen when info record is maintained for a particular material.

If no info record is maintained, this tab does not appear. Pl check for both cases.

You need to elaborate more to get further explanation.
