GRC AC 10 - Customized Approver Screen for Different Approvers

Hello

In access requests, we would like to be able to customize our approvals screens depending on the approver. For example, we would like to hide the risk violations and mitigating controls columns as well as the risk violation tab in the manager approval screen but display those in the compliance request because they will be addressing SoD violations.

Is it possible to create a customized approval screen for different approvers using SE80 and webdynpro admin mode? I know we have done so for End User Logon but I didn't know if that was a different case.

The screen shot below shows what we want the manager approval screen to look like (e.g. no SoD related columns or tabs hidden).

Hi Stacey,

Maintain Different EUP ID for each approver and you can achieve the same.

Hi ,

Follow below steps , you can achive this.

1) Maintain EUP ID for different approvals ( Ex : External Risk Tab =NO)

2) Then In MSMP workflow configuration, Go to step maintain path, Choose the path and go to the Maintain stage step, choose the stage (Approver Stage), here you can display task settings and give EUP ID which you created already.
