Crystal Server Java Certificate problem

Hi,

We are using Crystal Server 14.0.4

Some users are having problems when using Java as their default view format after recently updating Java on their PC's.  When attempting to view a report an error is returned "Missing required Permissions manifest attribute in main jar".  The problem appears to be a combination of an out-of-date Certificate and Java implementing stronger security.

Jave have posted a workaround which does work:

How do we go about getting an updated certificate so user do not have to implement the workaround?
