Hi experts ,
I have a scenario where SAP PI has to connect to a SFTP server outside of client network .
The process that has been done till now:
Client has shared there Pvt key of SFTP server along with user name , we tried accessing the SFTP server via Win SCP and it got connected sucessfully .
We then imported the Pvt key in NWA -->Certifcate and keys-->SSH_CA
We have maintained the communication channel
But after making all the connections , when we tried to make the connection to SFTP server we got the below error
The public key in SSH_HOSTS is also generated while making the first connection to SFTP . We have shared all the public IP address of our system so that they can open the firewall on SFTP . There is nothing wrong with username as well ..
But we are still getting the above error .
Request to please help .
Hi,
I think you need to import the public key not the private key. Please refer the below doc

Hi Harish -
PI will provide the public key and it'll be imported onto the SFTP server.
SFTP server will provide the private key which will be imported into key store. So there is nothing wrong with his approach.
@Abhi - Just check with your FTP admin whether he imported the public key
Also can you try private ket path as "/" instead of "\"
Go through the below blog for configuration.
