SUM tool usage problem: can not upgrade a package that needs to be updated

When I tried to perform the upgrade LM Service I received the following screen.How can I update LM Service?

The correct stack.xml for SUM we can get in MOPZ via Maintenance transaction.

Is it suggesting that you need to Add Additional Usage Type of LM ?

Note 883948, although obsolete , does give some potentially useful pointers.

Note 883948 describes how to work with JSPM. However, I use the SUM since I SolMan 7.1

As per the screenshot, LM-SERVICE cannot be implemented without system usage type SM.

Please add the usage type in LMDB and try to re-generate the stack file for the upgrade.

How can we add a usage type in LMDB? Why did I do make regeneration stack file, if I do not change it?
The fact that using the SUM, I used the dynamic generation of the catalog, but not stack taken from SAP
