Connecting to SAP ECC via "Query with SQL"

Hello everybody,

I am trying to connect to an InfoSet in SAP TM system. When loading the data into SAP Lumira via "Query with SQL", I get often get the error message

"Unrecognized Field:.........".

1. Has anyone experience with connecting to an InfoSet from the SAP ECC system??

2. Does anyone know which database fields from SAP ECC are supported??

Unfortunately there is very little information in the SAP Lumira User Guide.

Hi Stephan,

I have not seen this error.

I have successfully connected Lumira with ECC using Query with SQL - see

I've also used it successfully with Lumira 1.14 as of yesterday.

You may have better success with creating a BI universe against your ECC InfoSet and then reporting that with Lumira, as the Query with SQL doesn't offer any parameters when selecting.

Has anyone found out the reason? Any hints are really welcome.

In fact I am getting the same error.  I am running standalone SAP Lumira (standard desktop edition) against Infoset on ECC EHP 6 system.

This is an old thread - that said, what version of Lumira are you using?  Is your Infoset based on transparent tables or logical databases?

I recommend creating a new thread with more information

Hello Tammy,

ok, I can open a new one.

I have SAP LUMIRA 1.31.0 build 121. The Infoset I am using is one with external (custom) program. The Infoset works as I can use it in Query (SQ01) in SAP ECC and it displays the required data.
