How to do backup using DB13 transaction ?

Hi All,

I want to learn about how to do a backup using DB13 tcode. Can anyone help me to know about DB13 backup  procedure .

hi Naveen.

please tell me which database you are using?

if you are using msssql server you have to take it from sql server management consol.

if using db2 then in action pad you have to select option "backup on device" in action pad.

Hi Naveen -

DB13 tcode can be used for planning calender to schedule the backup according to the backup types.

By using BRtools, we can trigger the backup based on the INIT<SID>.sap file.

Please confirm the database which you're using..
