Remediation View ARA GRC AC 10.1

Dear Experts,

I'm trying to Run the Risk Analysis with Remediation View functionality on GRC AC 10.1 but unfortunately the system show just the Blank page.

I've already done the configuration related to the Gateway ( Inst Guide , Section 6.4 ), the service on SICF is enabled and the Ad Hoc Risk Analysis with Technical View is running perfectly.

All the components including UI were updated to the last version.

Can you help me to solve this problem ?

Hello,

I was having exactly the same problem and on my side it is a problem related with the web browser. On IE8 and the last version of Firefox, the page is blank but with Chrome I can see the expected result.

Actually after to recreate the Gatewaty configurations and Restart the Server the Remediation View back to work !
