Errors in Change Request Management !!

Dear friends,

Hi,

We Had Configured Change Request Management on our landscape. We had

followed the steps given in SPRO of solution manager. We had also

created a Maintaince project in Solution manager.Inspite of following

the standard SAP methodologies, we have errors due to which the change

request management functionality provided by SAP cannot be realized.

Before you go through our problems let me just inform you about system

landscape:

Satellite System ECC 6.0 with System id s57.

Solution Manager 4.0 with system id SOM.

But we are currently facing these problems :

Problem 1) After I execute /tmwflow/charmchk report (got to se38

->execute /tmwflow/charmchk report) I get these errors.

a)No track for project zcharm with logical system S57/800.

b)System cancel RFC destination SM_s57_CLNT800_read , call

TMW_VERSION_TEST name or password incorrect.

c)No Export system for s57/812. Message from funciton module

tmwflow/check_prj_cons.

Additionally I also get the error:

No consolidation system found for s57:800 ie Satellite system client

800.

Problem 2) On execution of the report /tmwflow/cmsconf, I can only see

the solution Manager System and not the satellite system(s57).

is this Normal ??

I should also see the satelite system (ie s57) ??

What can be wrong??

3) On opening the project in Solution manager and then going on System

landscape tab-> change request ->refresh button I get the following

warning as shown below??

Problems occured during synchronization of Landscape ??

I have with me Screenshots of the problems faced, plz let me know if you need them ..

Help ASAP.

Were you able overcome all theses issues? Well, I am having the same problem as you now. But I was able to emlimnate most of the errrors after creating a Transport Domain Link between Solman and Satellite system. Check all of your RFC connections.

I have this problem like you do now:

No consolidation system found for BWD-100 (project ZCHARRM); I get thsi error when I try to do Lanscape System Check unders System Landscape in the Project. If you do solve this issue, can you please share your knowledge with me?

Hey,

First test your RFC <b>SM_S57CLIENT800_READ</b>. Seems to have problem here. Once you resolve this problem, it will eliminate the other error, No track for Project ZCHARM with log system S57/800. Lets proceed one step at a time.

Did you test this RFC with Remote logon in SM59?

Feel free to revert back.
