Bid Response comparison when vendor added extra line item in RFX response

Hi Experts,

One of the Vendor  added extra line item in RFx response and the same was not displayed in the bid response comparison is this Standard SAP SRM functionality.

Hi Madhu,

Yes, this is how standard system works.
The added item will not be displayed in the response comparison.
When you try to award the response in the screen "Response and Awards", system will display a warning message "RFx response from xxx contains bidder added items; open response to award".
You need to open the RFx Response to view the added items.
