Error! Communication error when performing integrations. Integration failed!

Hi,

We have recently moved from CMS to CM Services and after moving to CM Services we are facing issues while activating activities with all SCs coming from CM Services. The error says' Error! Communication error when performing integrations. Integration failed! Activity "acd8fcdf88b511e3a87300000035b6fa" has not been integrated in the active workspace"ws/XXX/XXX/active/" (repository id: 87). Request FAILED

We are able to activate activities for the same SCs if we use old CMS track. On checking CBS we see active workspace is empty. Have also tried activating pending activities using CBS UI but still unable to activate due to same error as mentioned above.

Appreciate if someone experienced this before and help in resolving it.

Seems to be some missing communication link between NWDI and CM Services.

Hi Sid,

Thanks for the help. I replaced CTSDeploy user with Administrator in development configuration in CM Services that helped in solving the issue.
