Control Tab is missing when a export customs declaration is created manually in GTS. Help.

When a document is transferred from ECC control tab appears at the customs declaration item tab but not when a customs declaration is created manually. Please help.

Hi PB,

Control tab will be available for Declarations created with reference in ECC if the customs Item category CLPOS is activated to copy legal control data.

If you need this to happen for manually created declarations. There should be legal control determination set up for your customs legal regulation. Without legal control determination- System will not be able to determine legal control data for your customs declaration.

Thank you Dhilipan. As a process we are going to create customs doc with ref to Proforma in ECC.
