No option to export to excel

Dear All Expert,

After upgrading to SAP ECC 6.0, In FBL5N or another report i didn't see the option for exporting to excel as previous version.

How to get above option as same as previous version? Please help.......!!!

Hello Ratana,

This is an application specific design.
As a workaround,you can use the List -> Export -> Local file -> Spreadsheet method.

1. Are you getting any authorization error while you are doing the export ? if it is yes you can check the Missing authorization by using the T-code SU53

2. In you user profile are you having S_GUI authorization, value 61?

For fbl5n and fbl1n also same issue will come

Goto-> se38-> "salv_bs_admin_manitain" and enter the client and user name then set the alvgui to set excel format, ->f8.
