Not able to cancel Trnasfer order in LT15 transaction showing error as Transfer requirement 2066269 already being processed,i checked that there is no another user Transfer Order is locked ,Can you please suggest any one.
check in SM12 if you can find an entry with that number.
If yes, then you should see which user is locking this TR. Further you may get a feeling if your updater works well or has some delay or even in overflow.
