PRINT OUTPUT ISSUE

I have an issue in printing invoice output,

there is a text which is highlighted in green color, this text appears correct in SAP,But when we take printout there is a back slash which comes on the text which is highlighted.

I see this is purely sales issue.

Can someone from the forum suggest me what needs to be done for this?

Hi ,

Its nothing but the printer settings , Check the assigned drivers via T code SPAD , +  try to take same the same output with a different output type  .

Did you check with your Abaper which Might be corrected in the print programme or smartform.

Please attach the print out result.

You can try out either all the printer come with same outcome.
