Create Sales Order application in FIORI

Hi,

I have a problem in my "Create Sales Order" Fiori application. After configuring authorization role and activating required services into my SAP system, i got the following message error after executing the application in my browser console administration :

Fileresources/undefined/details/undefined.view.html NOT found!

The error message is corresponding to the execution of the following service :

hostname:port/sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5/resources/undefined/details/undefined.view.html.

Does anyone know about this issue ?

Hi,

I have two options to suggest.

First

Please execute the report /UI2/DELETE_CACHE and delete all the entries relevant to the Fiori user. After this cache clearing, please access the Create Sales Order application.

Second

Please check the UI5 version which Fiori uses ? If there is a mismatch between the versions of UI5 (old version) and Fiori's (new version) then please update the UI5.

Hi Masa,

I can create easily a sales order in ERP via SAPGUI transaction.

Furthermore i can retrieve in the FIORI application products from SAP to FIORI calling the service

hostname/sap/opu/odata/sap/SRA017_SALESORDER_CREATE_SRV/SalesOrders?$filter=CustomerID%20eq…

But not for the order :

File resources/undefined/details/undefined.view.html NOT found!

I checked also that the following service is not found :

/sap/ui5/1/resources/sap-ui-core.js

Do you think that it's problem an installation problem ?

Let's check very basics. What is support package level?

UISRA017

UI add-on

UI5 library version - You can check it  http://<host>:<port> /sap/public/bc/ui5_ui5/index.html

I followed the Odata troubleshooting link in your previews message and i get the same error message as bellow :

When i execute the /IWFND/ERROR_LOG transaction i get 404 error message.

What is the OData URI? and What does error log say in the /iwfnd/error_log ?

It is not OData service URI.

OData service URL has /sap/opu/odata/...

BTW, what is the issue in user operation point of view? Can not find the material?

Hi Majbar,

Please test that you can create a sales order in ERP via SAPGUI transaction.

Next, test you can select your responsible customer in the Fiori UI.

My guess is that the user is not configured properly.
