Number of plays does not appear in risk analysis (ARA)

Gentlemen,

I have a problem with respect to risk analysis in ARA (GRC AC-10)
When I perform a risk analysis for critical transaction I have a set to show the number of executions job, however a few days here that is no longer and this is more information Do not informed by the system, as the image below.

I checked and the Job that makes this collection of information is usually running (GR_ACT_USAGE_SYNC)

Hello Adair,

I remember this behaviour as a know issue in one of the SP of GRC 10. Can you please let me know the GRC SP pack?

Also its worth looking for a sap note in SMP for the same.

Dear Adair,

when you run the batch job (GRAC_ACT_USAGE_SYNC) the table GRACACTUSAGE should be filled. Can you check if you have actual entries in the table?

yes you can check the content of the table via transaction SE16.
