Files are struct in smq2 how to solve it?

Hi to all,

my interface is idoc to file.

files are struct in smq2 in 2.02.2014 and zero kb files are posted to ftp.

i am unlock the queue in 3rd but already zero kb files are post to ftp.

again and again files are struct in smq2.

how to solve this issue.

please give me solution for this issue.

i am unlock the queue before that zero kb files are goes to ftp this is my problem.

Hi Lalitha,

When message is stuck in SMQ2 then it will not reach the communication channel, how it can post the 0 kb file. Please check your scenario and provide more detail.

Try to Move the stuck 0 KB messages to SMQ3 by going to SMQ2 Go to -> Save LUW. Once these are stored in SMQ3 then unlock the queue. Once these are processed then restore LUW by going to SMQ3.

1.Check why queue was stuck (was 1st message failed due to any error)?

2.As shown below, Change receiver FTP channel processing parameter (Empty message Handling to Ignore ).

My server is pi 7.0 not 7.1.

in my server there is no option for error message handling.

please give me suggestion to solve my issue.

Hi Lalitha, according with the Note 821267 - FAQ: XI 3.0 / PI 7.0 / PI 7.1 / PI 7.3 File Adapter (question 31) , with  PI 7.0 SP10 is supported.
