closing of Production Orders linked to WBS

I don't know what is the process for accounting closing regarding production Order.
I have Production order linked to a project.
I have cost on the production order and don't know what transaction I should use for the closing.
consequently I still have controls ont my wbs in zp05 and don't know what to do.

Can yo explain me the process.

Hi ritu,

there are several ways to close production orders.

1. first confirm the production orders with t.code Co11.

2. Now teco or close the production orders by setting status TECO and CLOSE in t.code CO02.

3. If production orders are in mass than TECO and  CLOSE the production orders by T.code :-COHV

4. then calculate the variance by KKS2

5. then calculate Overhead.

6. then Run settlement by CO88.(Check the settlement rule in production order )

You can see the settled production orders in CJI3 report (actual cost report).

those production orders get settled would be zero in cji3 report

Hi Ritu,

Process is as follows

1.  Final Confirmation in CO11N for all the operations in the production order.

2.  Goods receipt of order in MB31 with movement type 101. this will post the finished goods to project stock.

3. execute the order settlement in KO88/CO88 for actual cost.
