WBS descriptions and Easy Cost Planning costing descriptions

Hi,

We are facing an issue concerning WBS descriptions in Easy Cost Planning (CJ9ECP), for different users,  the description of cost element in display mode is not the same.

User A changed de WBS description but this was not updated for the User B when he displays Easy Cost Planning, otherwise in edit mode User B sees the changed description. User A in display mode or edit mode sees always the changed description.

Anyone know how this is handled?

Hi Tiago,

It is not clear about the sequence of the changes and access the corresponding data.

The core point is,  when the changes made is saved (in database), that means, when the user A clicks of the button 'save'.  Is it before or after the User B calls the CJ9ECP.

If the save is done before the user B calls CJ9ECP, the changed data should be displayed. Otherwise it uses the old data .
