Sold-to Party Determination is not working for ZMIV transaction type

Hi All,

We have recently implemented Service Desk VAR scenario, we have everything set. But Sold-to Party determination not working based on Ibase.

We are in Solution Manager 7.1 SPS10 (Recently migrated from 7.0 SPS25)

Steps already done as below,

1. Sold-to Party maintained with Calling Hours in BP

2. Sold-to Party assigned to the Ibase componenets (Every client as well Installation)

3. Partner Determination Procedure for ZMIV0001 have been set correctly.

Also referred below notes,

1165357 - Sold-to-Party is not assigned to Service Desk message

1858608 - Sold-To Party not filled in Incidents

Still no luck.

You can try this.

Maintain your partner at "External ID" Level and try creating a Message.

No, maintain your Sold-to partner in IB52 at External ID Level. this is the top most node where all your components will be mapped.

Did your assigned like screenshot below ?

144 - Partner

244 - Customer

in IB52 set all External ID Level.

You must know all your determination procedure will be depends on the selected system (External ID Level)

I have tried all the suggestions, But I have still in doubt about Ibase, after migration we have got some of the components are duplicate (not all components) .

But the problem exists for all components.

Hi Jansi,

3 of the notes are seems to be not applicable since we are in SPS10 & Transaction type we use is ZMIV.

But I checked the note 1817955, settings are  maintained in our determination as "Preceding Document  -> SAP Service: Determination via IBase/Ind. Object from Ref.Object Set"

Is that correct?
